Elizabeth is a licensed and board certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and native of Ocean County, NJ. She received her certification through the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. Elizabeth carries licenses both as a registered nurse and an advance practice nurse in New Jersey. Ms. Belk has over twelve years’ experience in patient care. She received her Masters Degree in the Science of Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, and completed her nurse practitioner clinical training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA, Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, and AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City, NJ. Elizabeth is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners. Elizabeth performs skin cancer screenings, manages dermatological conditions, and provides recommendations for skin care regimens. She emphasizes preventative care and believes educating patients is paramount in encouraging them to take an active role in their health.
